In response to requests from our friends to the north in Canada, Karaokeblogs.com can now accept karaoke shows from any Canadian Province. There are already several in the system from Alberta, and we hope that over the next several weeks, more shows from the Canadian Provinces will be added. At this time, these shows will only show up on the karaokeblogs.com website. Work is underway to make sure they are automatically available on the iSing Karaoke Locator for the iPhone and iPod touch. In the meantime, if you do add shows in Canada, please drop us a note and let us know and we'll manually make sure they can be found with the iPhone Karaoke Locator.

iSing Karaoke Locator just hit 4000 downloads! Thats just at 1000 downloads per month. Over the past few weeks we've been updating the locator to include a new random song picker for you kamikaze karaoke nuts, and we're also releasing an ad free version. Both versions are in review by the apple folks and should be released in the App store soon. More updates are planned so stay tuned!

A new version of our iSing Karaoke Locator will be released soon (currently under App Store review). This new version now contains a song library of over 23000 songs! The first release of this feature is a random song picker. Just click the button and the app will randomly pick a song for you out of the song library. It's great for those Kamikaze Karaoke impulses! This is the first step in several feature enhancements that will be coming over the next several months. A personal library feature will be coming that will allow you to browse the internal song library by artist or song, and pick your favorite songs so they can be organized and made part of any favorite venues you have already selected. You'll even be able to enter the unique song number that the kj uses at that venue so you never have to look your songs up in the book again.
