Cheap and fun entertainment is getting hard to find but there is one kind of entertainment that young and old can enjoy that's not only cheap it's a whole lot of fun and it's called Karaoke. In fact the popular trend of karaoke is growing at a rate that's faster than almost any other form of entertainment.

A light version of Blogs is available for KJs.  It just has basic features right now, nothing fancy, but I wanted to get something up for those who've been asking for it quickly.  Over the next few days, I'll be adding more featues to the KJ Blog feature.

To add entries to your KJ Blog, you need to have a completed KJ profile.  Click on the my profile link at the top of every page and if you've completed your KJ profile, you'll see a section just below the KJ Profile section called MY KJ Blog. 

Any entries you add there will show up as part of your KJ Profile.  Like I said, its really basic at the moment, but it will get better!

After a lot of hard work, the new version of KaraokeBlogs.com is online!  Not only will you notice a new look, but now adding and maintaining venues and show times is much easier. 

Here is a list of the new features: 

Any registered member can add venues and show days and times to the system. 

KJ Profiles - KJs can now subscribe for their own KJ profile.  The KJ profile will allow you promote you company.  Allowing you to upload a photo or logo, describe your company and the services it provides.  In addition, you can have your regulars register on the site and rate your company!

Search Engine friendly design - A great feature is the search engine friendly design.  Search engines will easily be able to find your KJ Profile and index it, making sure that when someone searches Google, MSN, or any of the major search engines, your Profile will be found. 

There will be much more coming in the next few days.  So for now, browse the listings and if you see any that need updating, please let me know.

If you're a KJ whose already registered, all passwords have been reset.  Just send me an email and I'll get you you're new password so you can create your KJ Profile.

Why add your KJ Profile?  So karaoke lovers can find your shows.  You can claim the venues in the system that you are currently hosting and your companies name will appear with that venues listing along with your schedule.  You'll be able to create a photo gallery, have your regulars rate your company, and the search engine friendly design of the site means that search engines will find your profile and show listings easily. 

Besides...the first 100 KJ Companies that register will get their account for free, and it will remain free for ever!
